Sex and spotting while on BC?

Okay so I'm on birth control this is my 2 month and I'm on my 3rd week of my 2nd month but I'm spotting.. I've not missed any pills since starting but I don't always take them at the same time like I'll take it at 11 for two days the the 3rd day I'll wake up and take. It at 12 so it's never that far apart so I was worried about have sex while spotting and everything
