Separated for 3 years but still sleeping together and hes got a girlfriend!

Me and childrens dad have been seperated 3yrs and a bit and we still sleep together. He has a girlfriend tht he says he's not happy with! He hardly sees her b/c a lot of his time is spent with me and the children at their football trainin and weekends I'll chill out at his with the children. Shall I believe this man still really loves me or just doesn't wnt me to move on?
