i dont think that there is an age that bf's can go up there gf's shirt............ok yah maybe under 13 is young.......but common 13!! its not like i just turned 13!!

Enjoy your childhood and DON'T be in a rush to engage in activities that should be left to responsible adults.
Girl, I am 22 years old (still pretty young). Listen to me. At thirteen these are not the concerns that you ought to have.
All the best.

Girl loads of girls are hairy, i'm hairy. Hairy legs, hairy stomach, i wouldn't shave at your age as it'll just grow back thicker and more hairy but there are hair removal creams and waxes.
I've grown to love it, sure there are some guys out the that like a completely smooth girl but there are some that don't.
Plus if a guy really likes you he should be able to see past it. an

If a guy really likes you for your personality, then a bit of hair won't get in the way, and if it bothers you then you can take care of it by waxing, shaving, removal creams etc. Sometimes women are excessively hairy because of genetics (it may be running in the family) but it can also be a sign of a hormone imbalance (a medical condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome) that generally shows up from puberty. Amongst its symptoms are hair in places you won't necessarily expect it to be, like the stomach and back. So if you think that applies to you it might be worth seeing a doctor to get checked out.
