YOU MUST SORT THIS OUT AND VERY QUICKLY. THIS IS DANGEROUS IN MANY WAYS FROM WHERE I STAND.
Don't know what you could do really. I suppose you should try to pay her the money back. But you really need to work out what damage she can or cannot do to your family.
You have certainly played with fire, in the worst possible sense and I suppose all I can say is pray.
