 Wait about a week or two for any symptoms and if you don't see any, just wait to see if her period comes on. The most obvious symptom is propably vomiting, but there may be others. But just google the symptoms of pregnancy and wait for them and her period to come on.

Well you were wearing a condom so whether you washed yourself or not doesn't make things better or worse. You used protection and that helped, but it might not have been enough. Is she on birth control? If she is, then you're pretty safe. But if she's not, then there's a higher risk.
