 It would be a good idea to practice the woman-on-top (or Cowgirl) position well before attempting the turnaround. But this is not really difficult. You simply straddle the man when he is prone and erect. When you are facing away, he can easily guide his penis into your vagina, but you will have to do most of the up-and-down motions. You can hold on to his shins or ankles.
