Don't worry about him seeing you all puffed out, I'm sure that won't change a thing.Why don't you send him a text message saying something like "Hi I hope you don't mind but I got your number from xxx, I was wondering if you wanted to go out some time?"If he doesn't want to, at least you know you tried! And if he does say no, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you! Go on..... go for it - you could have met up with him and had a great time getting to know each other this time next week!
