Really admire my fellow cadet mate, How can I make him see past this friendship?

im 16 and im in army cadets and i really like this boy from cadets, hes nice and kind and georgous and perfect in every way. Ive just got his number from my freind but he doesnt know i have it, he was going to give it to me at camp but his battery was low n i saw it so he wasnt making it up, my problem is, how do i get this guy to like me n what do i say t him in how i got his numebr. when he saw me i was all puffed out and realie didnt look that attractive! how can i get him passed that image and kae him like me. pelase help

First, you can't "make" someone like you. Just be yourself, that should be enough! Don't worry about him seeing you all puffed out, I'm sure that won't change a thing.

Why don't you send him a text message saying something like "Hi I hope you don't mind but I got your number from xxx, I was wondering if you wanted to go out some time?"

If he doesn't want to, at least you know you tried! And if he does say no, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you!

Go on..... go for it - you could have met up with him and had a great time getting to know each other this time next week!
