 That picture he has got doesn't have to really be him it could just be one he found as to have a picture showing, when it comes to the internet you never know who you are really talking to and what they really want from you not only that sometimes people say things without realising the outcome of that ie that he danced with you etc when he really might not have even been there.
Does his profile show him to be in the same town as you?
