reader, anonymous, writes (28 November 2005): it seems to me that your ex thought there was something better out there than you and thats why he started seeing another girl. but unfortunately he realised that you were obviously the one he wanted to be with. my advice is to keep him chasing you. he doesnt deserve to have you come running to him when he decides he wants you. if you want him back and he genuinley wants to be with you, then he will have no problem waiting whilst you decide what you want. you should always look after number 1.

 Is he still with his girlfriend? or has he finished with her? If he has and he has realised its you he wants then fair enough,give it another go but if he keeps going back like a ping pang ball then i would tell him to sling his hook.If on the other hand he is still seeing her but says he loves you then i would still walk away.This fella wants his cake and eat it.You will have to be careful.He might of finished with her but still wants sex with you,you deserve better then that.Im always dubious about fellas breaking up with their exs and then running back to you when they find out that there on their own again.Can you see the pattern?
