writes:My boyfriend is still in contact with his ex. I have spoken to him about it and after a long talk he's told me that they are completely over each other. He says that they understand that they'll never work out and the only thing they're taking out of the r/s is their friendship. She has called him while we've been out together, even once in wee hours of the morning. It seems that after the talk, their contact has been minimal but Im not sure if he is just doing it behind my back. I trust that he is not cheating but part of me feels that he may still be getting over her. Am I being too paranoid?

reader, anonymous, writes (11 June 2010): Talking to ex's can cause anyone to think the worst. The best thing you can do is try talking to him about it again, this time though just ask if he is cheating, let him know how it makes you feel,be clear about it. see what he does, if he tuely cares about you he will listen to what you're saying.
