Have you gotten counseling? After abuse it can be incredibly hard to feel comfortable being touched/having sex. You have to really, really trust your partner. Know he's going to stop exactly when you tell him to, that you are in control of what happens to your body. That you can say no, stop at any time.

No it's not normal for sex or being fingered to hurt. You probably aren't turned on enough to be fingered/have sex. You need to be very aroused before doing anything involving any kind of penetration. Have him touch you on the outside (clitoris, labia, breasts, whatever feels good) for a pretty long time before trying anything inside you. A good lube couldn't hurt either, even just for being fingered.
