Pain during and after sex, but he is quite large....should I be worried?

hi! i recently have a new sexual partner weve been having sex for about 3 weeks now and im not sure if this is normal or not, ive had sexual partners before and it hasnt happened! anyway he is quite big and it can be slightly painfull during but only when he goes that little bit deeper! afterward its more painfull and it burns when i pee but the next day the burning usually goes away but im still usually a bit tender down there! im booked in for a smear test in a few weeks but i need to know! is this normal? should i be worried? any feedback much appreciated! oh and we didnt use condoms! x x

Well, if he is larger than you are used to then you are getting stretched out (like when you first lost your virginity,) and especially if you haven't had a partner for a while.

However, it is possible that you could be having a UTI or yeast infection, hopefully nothing worse than that if anything. But both of those things can cause pain when going deeper, sometiems you can have both at the same time, too, and not even notice. I say that it is worth it to go in to the doctor just to check, just tell them the symptoms. Better safe than sorry.

Not the cause to worry much about the size but try to enjoy pleasurly. But be safe rather feel sorry, use condoms and undergo test as fast as possible.
