I am 16 and my boyfriend is 17. we just gel! its amazing! but he lives about 3 hours away and we are both still at school so we dont see that much of eachother. its particularly tough at the moment because he is going on holiday for two weeks and then i am. so we wont get to see eachother for a month. im worried things might just fizzle out as the relasionship has only just begun. has anyone got any ideas on how to keep it alive - we talk as much as possible on the phone and while we are on holiday we are going to email - but still - its just not the same - PLEASE HELP

A female reader, anonymous, writes (23 July 2009):

I email lots of photos and videos of myself to my long distance guy. It works really well. We got together about 6 months ago, became long distance a month after that and since then saw each other about once a month until 2 months ago when he went overseas for a holiday. The pictures and videos keep things interesting :) Do anything you like in the videos - talk to each other, do something cheeky!
