Should i ask him straight out if he likes me anymore or leave it and let him talk to me?

a few questions:
What do you mean by going out? Are you "officially" bf and gf?
Do you live in the same city?
To be honest, when you start in a relationship usually you are so in love, there is no "busy" that will make you not see each other for that long..
And if he is not been responsive to you, maybe it's that old "he is just not that into you" type of thing, so I'd say talk to him and ask him to be honest about where you guys are standing. Some effort must be made..
