Bittorrent (use a program called Utorrent for fastest speeds and set upload rate to 1 kb/s as well as 1 upload slot. This is so you don't have uploads taking up all your bandwith).

Try Soulseek. It's reliable, no clutter, and free. You can download whole albums at a time, and it's really good for finding lesser-known bands.
Just google it and click on the one that says 'Slsknet'.
