writes:hello everyone! hey we need to know if there's a way for us to get a fast divorce in the state of utah and that it doesn't cost us an arm and a leg. we both agree to an uncontested divorce and we'd like to have it done fast if possible so we can both get on with our lives. please let me know if this is possible, and thanks.

You can still get on w/ your lives! as the divorce is going through. if you have children between you it takes one year because they give the parties time because there are children involved and they might reconcile. and if there are no children it is 6 months. my ex- and i when we drew up the papers at the Attorneys: office, there was a way that it was in our divorce! where we could see other people and would not get in trouble it is called co-habitate. other then that you cannot put a rush on your divorce you are just going to have to wait it out and yes pay for it as well.Good Luck!
