writes: My wife of 23 years is bringing me down at every turn. She will sit up virtually all night(3.30 - 4.00am) and frequently masturbates, then revels in telling me. You need to establish way more independance, because this sex thing is just the tip of the iceberg.
Get some outside interests, join some clubs or a gym and dont be around so much panting after her so you can get smacked down.
