writes:Himy wife is in her mid forties and i thing she is very attractive. i am sure other men think the same way about her. i know for a fact that a few friends of ours think she is.she has started to say her 'boobs are saggie, and she has love handles, stretch marks and her body is showing her age. i love her for who she is and don't see these things. is their anything i can say or do to make her feel great.i don't think she is depressed etc but she look at her self in the mirror each day and wanders where the years have gone.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 April 2008): My wife of 20 yrs went through the same thing. I suggested that she have a girls night out and just get away from the bordom of the everyday routine. When she got home she couldn't believe how many guys hit on her. It was a real ego boost for her.

 take her to get some photos done some proffessional photos she will spend the day with everyone focusing on her telling her how amazing she is and at the end of it she will have gorgeous photos and she can put them up and always be reminded that she is beautiful
