Well there are some things like proactive avon and marykay. it also helps if you go in the sun. it helps get rid of some. i use marykay and sun personally.

reader, anonymous, writes (30 June 2007): Go see a dermatologist (skin doctor), they will have the best thing to help you, acne is caused by trapped oil and cells around hair follicles on your face, the clogged follicle becomes inflamed and infected....you most likely will need a course of antibiotics to rid you of the infection and keep oil production at bay, there are perscription topical antibiotics that help control breakouts, and prescription benyzol peroxide that get rid of the ones you currently have.....until then, don't squeeze or pick or rub your face too hard while washing, this will make it all worse and leae to scarring....
Topical Retin A is very good to control acne///all of this has to be prescribed by a doctor....although there are some very good cleansers over the counter, these will not rid you of acne, but help manage it once you get on the right medications.....

There are couple of things on the market that will help with markings and blemishes, the first one is a product called Bio oil containing a breakthrough ingredient called purcellin that helps scarring and blemishes. The second is Palmers cocoa butter with its vitiman E also helps blemishes and red marks.
