writes: my partner has a male frieind she has known for a while..even though nothing is going on sexual i know he would like more but she has said no. he only comes round when i am at work .. i have told her i do not want him round as i find it strange that he comes round when i am not there or at weekends..she can not see any problem as he is a friend and says if he was female there would be no problem am i wrong

reader, anonymous, writes (12 April 2011): What do i do i am a chauffer 11hr days mon-fri..the thing is she says he is a friend as they have common ground working with disabled people (we have a disabled son) & he has a disbled member in his family & she says i am blackmail her if i say i dont want him round when i am not there it has got to the stage where i will thump him if i see him at my house (which is wrong cause she knows i often come home for lunch) but i don't trust him and am ready 2 leave

reader, anonymous, writes (10 April 2011): How do you know he wants more?I think its strange and agree he shouldn't keep coming round when your not there - your partner must make him welcome - Why dont YOU invite him round for a meal or better, out for a pint with you both, a few times, so he gets the message you two are a couple. Then see if he still pops round after that and take it from there
