dont say wait for the romantic moment, he wants to get engaged not married most people are engaged for years..
i want my boyfriend to propose to me, i dont know how to say it so i am going to watch this question...
people will judge though but they dont know your feelings i am only a teen too but at the end of the day, use love each other and why not do it the right way... she wants to get married, at least she not sleeping around getting sti's and been pregnant

At 17, sorry but I'd say you were too young even if your relationship was solid, which obviously it isn't, judging by the on/ off bit. Not a good idea to go ahead and get married now, is it, when neither of you are actually sure if you even want to stay together. Leave out the marriage bit until you're more mature, otherwise I doubt you guys would last a month.
