 I think it is one of those best not mentioned situations. As a mum of a son I think that would be my tactic as long as it was not something I was aware was ongoing. I know you're dying of embarrasment now, but life will go on, and one day you wont notice that you didn't even think of it when hanging out with ya mum, and all will be back to normal.

 How embarrassing! She was probably as embarrassed as you were that you know what her undies look like and where she keeps them! Don't panic, just don't do it again. Wait until you're home alone or it's late at night, lock the bathroom door or shut yourself in your room and do it then. If you really need a visual stimulus, find a picture or something. But be careful where you keep them! Keep a mug under your bed and kitchen roll so your mum doesn't find any embarrasing cum stains =]
