writes:Hello!In a nutshell. I had to report my boss for screaming at me on the sales floor using the f word and having an emotional tiraid in front of me, making me cry on the floor. There was a different instance prior to this so I reported both cause, what's next??The Manager summoned HR right away and i told my side of the story to the lady HR. There was an 'emotional affair' that occurred between us the season before.For this excerpt he does tend to call people honey and baby alot. I tried to stay friends with this guy and distancing myself too from the emtoionality while learning who he really is, besides married too.., but he was convinced i was jealous of his friendship with this other girl which i think provolked his angst of rage toward my mentining her infatuation with him...and now this. (I'm giving you the gist).After reporting him, he told me one day, we can do businees but nothing personal..I happily said of course and walked away.The next time I had dealing with him, he said, You can ask me questions, i'm just having difficulty adjusting..??? (to what??)Today, he started referring to me as honey when i called with business question. Then he said baby can you put the ups away, then called me baby again.Today we were both called into the managers office who told the both of us that no one is getting moved and that the investigation is over, and the the HR lady will call me with verdict. He said we cannot get close to people we work with and we need to be here to do our jobs.(what crap)Anyway, what is my managers deal, is he really that much of an idiot that he cannot know NOT to call me honey or baby. What the hell,difficulty adjusting?? To what! It's done??Just wondered is all. I'm so glad i did reprt him. i feel free of the burden i have carried with this whole drama since last winter. Now its on the table and people are actually doing their jobs a bit more cuz of it.Thanks for your response to the questions about my managers behavior?
