Im dealing with the same thing right now. My girlfriend just got out of the miltary, and moved back home..... about 3000 miles away! She has only been gone for just over a month, but I miss her really bad. Im flying out to see her for a week in June, and she is flying out here to see me in August. We have decided that if we still feel as strongly then as we do now, that either me or her is going to move. Right now it looks like it will be me moving to be with her. Its a big deal, but we dont want to kick ourselves in the butt years from now for not giving it a shot. I just try to keep really busy. When Im not doing anything, thats when she is the only thing on my mind.

My husband is American and i'm English - we spent the last 3 years over 4000 miles apart on a far too regular basis and it was hard but it is possible.
Try and tell yourself that its not forever, you'll see him again - many people have no one, at least you are lucky enough to have someone who cares about you and vice versa.
Try getting yourself a new hobby or take up a part time job - just something to fill the time that you're spending without him - i draw, paint, sew, craft and other things to keep me busy.
One day you'll have finished school etc and spend far too much time with one another - cherish everything as it comes and just remember there are worse situations to be in - try keeping busy with new ventures and if you need to talk, you can always drop me a line.
