if you have had tests and you are healthy but your weight is low then perhaps he just likes you a bit fuller... I know I've just picked up 10 pounds (that I needed) and I feel FAT FAT FAT but bf says I'm just fine and to relax... he thought me too bony ten pounds lighter... It's not fun to hug someone who is bony...
In order to recommend what to eat, I'd need to know how you eat now but for me, i eat small amounts so 6 small meals a day using good fats (nuts and avocados are favs of mine) as well as full fat dairy (cheese) comes to mind.
I love fruits and veggies so I make sure when I need to gain that I"m using full fat dressings with my salads... I add nuts and other yumny things to my salad...

I think he's just concerned for your health more than anything. There are a few ways to gain weight, the most important being eating 3 meals a day, with the right amount of foods aswell, you can look up about balanced diets on the internet. You can also try eating slightly bigger portions, but don't eat until you feel sick! Also, get plenty of exercise (muscle weighs more than fat) to help keep your heart healthy.Good luck :)
