If so then tough crap. She's not a blow up doll. She doesn't have a DUTY to you.

Or are you just saying that is the only time you'll see her... that she just comes along, uses you for sex and then ignores you the rest of the time?

If so then she is just using you for sex. Talk to her and find out how she feels about you. It may be time for you to move on and find a girl who likes you for you and not just your penis.
