 That's really hard. When you're pregnant, the world does change, and it can be a scary time. As a woman, though, I would be more likely to keep someone close to me than send them packing ... so you need to talk to her and find out why she wants you to go. Explain how (presumably) you want to be with her and your baby in this wonderful time, and support her, and look after her .. life is going to change forever.
But I don't know the history. What did you do that she should want you to go??

 Ahh what I like to call "CRAZY BABY BRAIN!" pregnant women do some crazy things! give her space, I'm sure she'll change her mind soon enough, just be supportive to her and I'm sure everything will be fine.
