I feel embarassed sometimes while swimming because of how small built i am. I am going on holiday soon so i would like to be a bit better by then.Does anyone have any ideas how i could become heavier and look it aswell? And also i am quite a picky eater but if it meant feeling better i would eat new things. Thanks x

Exercise, such as weight training/ swimming/ bike or horse riding can help you build more muscles and make you less skinny.
And eating right is always a good option.
We are not all build the same, embrace who you are.

If you are so skinny without an eating disorder or eating small quantities, then it is probably genetic that you are so skinny. I have a friend who is just like you and she's 18. Firstly, do more exercise as it will build up your muscles which will improve your size, particularly your arms and legs. Secondly, eat a balanced diet. Eating very little keeps you small, but also eating too much fatty food can keep you skinny if you have very skinny genes, as you are not getting the proper nutrition to grow. Also, get more sleep, as we do most of our growing at night. Are you a very stressed person? Stress can cause you to lose weight.
Also check your BMI online to see how abnormal you really are.
Good luck =]
