I mean I'm really close with her family and everything and her father was having sex with her and her fourteen year old little sister. By the way, she's fifteen and her mom read her sister's diary and found out, so he's in jail and they're having a hard time.I don't see how I didn't see it but I don't know how to help her cope with it. reader, anonymous, writes (31 January 2006): Comfort her and help her. Offer your shoulder to cry on and offer her any support she needs. She may not want outside help (ie a counselor) but let her know if she ever does need one or want one that you can help her out.I would also begin to investigate what support services are available in your local area - you don't need to offer them to her but if you tell her that you are happy to help her find support if she needs it you will be ready to go when or if she does want help.

you can help her by just comforting her and offering her your simperfy but remember dont keep asking her questiones because shell just think your meddling in her business!!
