I feel like I need to help her but I don't know how to!! She trusts me and has told me a lot of things but what else can I do?? Please help because she means the world to me and I wouldn't cope if she tried to commit suicide or anything like that!!!

Sometimes it seems as though no matter what you say they don't understand or don't listen. All you can do is try to help by offering a shoulder to cry on and be the best listener you can be. Say words of encouragement and hope that she hears it. But truthfully she is the only one that can make a different life for herself.
