He started sending sexual texts, each increasing in lewdness. After recieving a few of these, I texted back "don't ever text this number again" but he texted two more times. I confronted him about this today, but he denied sending the texts and claimed that it was a friend of his. I said that sending those texts would get us both in trouble, and that it was wrong. I also threatened that if I ever recieved any more suggestive texts from him that I would take legal action. He laughed and didn't take me seriously. Did I handle this the right way?

Block his number if you can. If he (and you) are in the 13-15 age group) TELL your parents and go from there.

Next time you receive unsolicited lewd texts just take to the nearest police station.
