Hello from Mr S
I understand that you are a little worried about your Lip. Well the first thing to do is go to your family doctor and tell him what you are felling, and the fact that this is making you miserable and upset, the doctor will not laugh about it and he will take it very seriously,
The doctor will discuss your options with you in order to help you overcome the problem.
Can I be as bold as to offer a little extra advice? Any boy or man that loves you won’t even notice your lip for more than a second. Within any relationship good looks lasts only a short time, after a few years good looks start to fade. However; the person that loves you, will always find you dutiful. Don’t let a small problem rule your life a man will be along one day and he will love you for you and your lip will make no difference to your relationship. Remember that love should last a lifetime. That means when you’re 106 years old and with more wrinkles than a barcode has lines the man that loves you will still find you a turn on. And your lip will not matter.
All the best
Be true to yourself

Think about how other people respond to you and whether any comments have made you think that way or whether you are judging yourself too harshly. Think about things you like.
I know a man who is paralysed from the waist down. I know a woman who has had a breast removed. All of these things are hard to live with, However, your face is the part that you present to the world and people judge you by your eyes and expressions as a whole. Not by part of your mouth. Barbara Streisand has a big nose but has made it her trademark. Does this give you any ideas?
You could see a good cosmetic clinician and ask about having a lip enhancement on one side, but try to live with it for a while first. You may find someone who loves that particular feature in you and it would be much better to be proud of your uniqueness and individuality than conform. I bet you look great.
