We moved on with our lives but recently when i called her to talk about my engagement, she was quite intense in pulling me in to something. I mean i could feel being pulled in to having sex as the feeling was strong enough to get inside my pants and cause some imbalance there. What should i consider this to be? In my place, it would be considered a spiteful thing to even think about something on this lines.

While it is perfectly legal to marry your cousin in 24 states (and most countries in the world) and genetically sound to do so, it doesn't give you a permission slip to have an affair with her (or with anyone) right before your engagement. This will only ruin your current relationship.

Take care
