look mate, the best advice i can give at the moe is to not give him any tolerance, e is a little swine talking to your mother lke crap. next time he does i hit him, but not too hard, every time he does it hit him a little harder.
this worked with my little brother and he did the exact same. he will realise that every time he upsets your mom his hit will get harder. if he gets worse, i wud try and see a family scyciatrist.
