If he doesnt try to contact you that means he doesnt care to talk to you. Someone that loves you would do anything to talk to you bcuz they miss you and cant be without you. Seems like he doesnt care for you.

This is unusual. If your boyfriend cares about you and your feelings, he will initiate contact everyday or every other day or 3 times a week to know how you are doing...Two weeks! something is wrong. There are lots of ways of communication if he really wants to. Move on! He is just using the phone as an excuse to stop communicating with you. Forget him.
