there are obviously serious problems with your relationship with your bf if you even considered a one night stand, much less went through with it. Put the breaks on, until you understand what is wrong, and why you chose to do what you did. You haven't given us enough information to guess what might be the problem between the two of you. YOu can sell the house, or he can refinance and buy your interest in the house, if he wants to keep it. Talk to your solicitor, now.
