My boyfriend is having pain after sex - he won't see a doctor!

My boyfriend who just turned 40 recently has been complaining about a problem he is having during sex. When he starts to cum, instead of enjoying it, he says it hurts more then anything....like the during/after effect. He later has really bad headaches and feels very fatigue. Anyone know what might seem to be the problem? He very much wants to make me happy, but he is stubborn about going to the doctor. Any thoughts appreciated.

I suggest you get him to a doctor; use what ever method or excuse; maybe suggest you take life insurance on each others; make sure it will need a full medical examination;

I don't want to scare you or start speculating but from what you have described it does not sound good; it coudld be numerous things; from prostate problems to....Best advise is to get him to go to a doctor for a FULL MEDICAL.

Best wishes and lots of SMILES

Thank you for your answers. He is not diabetic and nor is he obese. Over 11 years ago he hurt his back and required surgery. Every now and then he has pain in his back, but mostly just sore...he really needs to have another surgery to replace in his lower back. We are not married, and he has no insurance with his job. I try to help him as much as I can and of course I pound him as much as I can to go to the doctor...hopefully he will eventually. I was just curious to see if someone might know what could be the cause from his symptoms.

It sounds medical, poor circulation to the brain? Is he diabetic or obese?

Well MAKE him see a doctor.

Start talking about life insurance policies and wills to him. Talk about how you are worried about whether you would see the house after he is gone and how he would feel about you moving on after he is gone.

Tell him that you should start doing fun things now because you don't know how much longer you have on this earth.

Go On and On and On and On about death if you have to. Get him to see a doctor if only to shut you up about it.

Headaches and fatigue could be any number of things. Pain is never a good sign. When was the last time you checked his testicles for lumps? Get down there and have a good feel around, give him a blow job if it means you get access to them. He needs to rule out more serious things before he can afford to have too much pride to ask for help.

Good Luck!! xx
