writes:I have a boyfriend and we were on bad terms. Then I went to a party, got really drunk and kissed another guy. So, I recover from a hangover and my boyfriend apologizes for being moody and tells me for the first time that he loves me. I feel so guilty! As if things couldn't get any worse, this other guy says if I don't continue to see him, he'll tell my boyfriend! What do I do?

reader, anonymous, writes (13 March 2007): Be upfront and tell your bf all. Tell the other bloke to buggar off, you won't be blackmailed (that is what he is doing). If your bf doesn't like it then tough, tell him to buggar off too. Get your act together, be strong girl and don't put up with any crap.

reader, anonymous, writes (13 March 2007): Tell your boyfriend don't try and see this bloke behind your boyfriends back so that he doesn't tell your boyfriend. Believe me i'v been in the situation of your boyfriend, my partner of 7 years was kissed by another girl at a party he pulled away and left but she contacted him and told him if he didn't see her she would tell me about the kiss, so he started hanging out with her but then it got worse because then she blackmailed him that if he didn't sleep with him she'd tell me etc etc... So in the end for just trying to protect me from a kiss he ended up breaking my heart by sleeping with her. I found out of course, and like i told him i could have forgiven him for just a kiss but because he tried to hide it from me it ended up being much worse. I still don't understand how he thought doing what she said would protect me if he'd just told me from the start couldn't he see that sleeping with her was way worse then her telling me about a kiss, but that's how lies go they get worse and worse. Sorry to drag on at you but i just want you to see, don't do what this guys say because you'll end up in a tangled web of lies, tell your boyfriend and hope he understands what happened, because it will be worse to tell him you were seeing this bloke behind his back than it would be to tell him you just kissed him!!!!
