Hi,

This girl just broke up with my best friend now she is calling me frequently that i should visìt her and to buy something for her while coming.

I tried to avoid her but she kept persuading me to come and visit her she îs staying alone.

I have told my best friend about it, but he seems not bothered, he just told me to use her and dump her. But i am still considering whether to visit her or not. So please what should i do. Advise me.

A female reader, Mrs. Mom United States +, writes (14 March 2009):

Mrs. Mom agony auntShe always wants you to bring her something? Like a present? She sounds kind of greedy. From that point of view, I would avoid her.

However, if you don't mind that, it doesn't really seem like your friend minds at all. And as long as there aren't going to be any horrible double dating scenes with your friend being annoyed having to hang out with his ex, then go for it.

If your friend hadn't said anything, I would have said "Don't do it." I don't know how guys are, but for a woman, dating a friend's ex is a pretty shady move.
