I think this is really a question for your doctor or even your pharmacist (you can call and ask anonymously if you are concerned about it). I guarentee you won't be the first to ask that question to him / her. Sometimes a doctor will proscribe another medication to counter act the sexual issues if you want.
It is very common that most of the anti-depressant drugs cause erection / sexual dysfunctions. You don't mention what sort of drug you are taking, so you may want to investigate the drug manufacturer's website to see what they mention as well.
Personally, I think you need to weigh whether you truly need anti-depressants (and you may indeed need them) versus the sexual side effects.
