I have stopped masturbating for almost 2months now but I know there is a problem because whenever I talk to girls, especially new ones, I get hard and release a bit of fluid (pre-cum). Furthermore, if I ask her out and get rejected I get kind of depressed, and I keep ruminating about if I did anything wrong. I'm desperate and need these feelings to stop and I especially don't want to be narrow minded when it comes to meeting new girls. Its come to a point where I even dream about sex in my sleep. Guys I need advice! Not everyone is addicted to sex!

Why the hell did you stop masturbating? Masturbating would definitely help with the erections when talking to girls.

Well, this is pretty normal for your age group. If you're in your early 20's, chances are you're still very hormonal and seeking a good sexual partner.
From experience, the best way to keep sex off your mind is to keep occupied. Draw, write, read or do work. trust me, it helps.
