I know this is no way to live, I am not depressed just fed-up and never happy with what I have. Why can't I be a bit more grateful.God I sound like a cow don't I?

I find it impossible to be positive. Sometimes when I do count my blessings I then think that all I am so lucky to have will be taken away form me because I don't deserve it! Does that make sense? I am scared of having a *good*life in case it gets taken away....I am now waffling....Jeez.

Hmm, retail pheraphy?! It can help, but maybe you need something more spirital, if you have anything you like doing a lot; music, food, friends, family films ect.ect. then try doing it! 'Feel good' music can help loads! Maybe, read a book about something, well, awful! Sometimes it can help put into perspective just how lucky you are! Good luck!

Look at our soldiers in the Middle East, dying so that people like you won't have to live a miserable life like some of those people do.
