 Balls just do that from time to time, I really wouldn't worry about it unless they are painful or feel different. I find mine have a mind of their own. And yes it could be to do with more sex, also if your body temperature is higher due to wearing warmer clothes in the cold weather will also have this effect, or if you have a mild infection such as a cold your body temp will rise and your balls fall.
