Hello

I am sorry for what you are feeling and I wish I will be able to offer some advice here.

I dont think you need to see a doc, cause getting your self esteem back depends on you and not on anyone else. It is pure determination in making sure you are able to get it back. It is like a day to day journey. But in order for you to solve your your problem you have to ask yourself why you have low self esteem. Is it because you are coming from an abusive family? Does it have to do with your father mistreating you? Is it bullying when you were in school or was it people telling you that you cant do it. The first thing is to identify why you have low self esteem. And since you have mentioned you have graduated from university, it seems to be a big issue.

Take a piece of paper and write down the reasons why you have low self esteem and why life hasnt been great for you lately. Make a resolution to work on them daily. It is excruciating but there is no any other way. Let those who love you help you on this journey. You will make it dont worry. Just have some faith and all will be alright. Get someone to talk to, about this issue like a friend or something, someone who is near you. Someone who will walk with you on this journey. Surely there is someone I believe.
