Okay first off you have to slow down and pace yourself, don't think so far ahead off yourself you are still only young. I can understand you have a crush on this guy and it is quite normal to lose contact with friends when you go to different schools. When you see him just smile and say hello and ask him how he has been. Try and get to know him again and see if you can re-establish a friendship with him. Try talking again on facebook, ask him how his new school is treating him, ask him would he like to hang out sometime and just see how it goes.
