At the time i was lost and unhappy and a little suicidal. But something about her made me happy and I got to know her alot better.So over the next few months we became close friends and always talked and hung out. It was something to keep me happy, to keep me going. After about a year she was my very best friend and i hers. But i was far to afraid to ask her out, even though i knew she liked me for much more than a friend. In my eyes i thought i wasnt good enough for such an amazing woman as her.Then her best friend sam started hitting on me and i figured I should just take what i can get. And we dated for about 5 months and it was miserable. Jayme and i didnt talk nearly as much and whenever we were together it was really awkward... Then I started looking for ways out of the relationship because i was so miserable. Then on my 17th birthday I got that reason. Jayme and sam were both at my party and they drug me off to a private area and started hinting things to me, but i didnt quite get it so jayme said flat out that she and sam were dating. (yes sam and jayme are both bisexual)Well naturally i was crushed because i was a firm believer in havign only one other in a relationship, aka monogamy. So i had my reason to leave sam but at what cost? So i broke up with sam and continued my dismal dayswithout anyone at all.Then about 2 weeks later things turned for the better. Sam started dating jaymes little brother while dating jayme and things went sour. Jayme left sam and i took my chance immediately and asked her out. She said yes with a massive hug.That was just over a year ago. Im now engaged to the most amazing girl in the world and life has never been better. The moral of the story, never be afraid to ask, you never know how good thing s can turn out for you.
