 Apologise to everyone and tell them that you didn't want everyone to know.
Apologising is the only way to solve this im afraid.

 Apologise to everyone for the lying but explain that you didnt want your love life discussed in this way and wanted to keep this relationship private for now. You lied because you were backed into a corner and didnt know how to handle it. Put it behind you and if they are true friends they will accept your apology x x
