hun you obviously are not ready for a sexual experience as you need instructions. we are not all the same, so the same technique wont work on every girl. you can't make her wet, if she is turned on then she will naturally get wet. but you can't force that. i suggest you look up fingering on sexual health websites, as there are far too many ways of doing it to list them all here.
