I''ve fallen for a girl who is with someone!

About a year a go i realised i was bisexual. I currently have a boyfriend who i have been with for almost 3 years. I am only 19 but i realised something wasn't right. I started to have feelings for girls...especially some of my more closer mates and i'd find myself staring at women rather than men when i went out clubbing with my friends. I have now told some of my closest mates that i am bisexual and they were really nice about it. I tried to tell my mum and she threatened to kick me out the house and has ginored the fact that i even bought it up. I am really upset about that as it is. But because me and my mum are close i have just ignored that i bought it up and i find myself trying to act really straight around her like i will make comments about blokes on tv and stuff. Saying things like 'oooo hes fit' etc. My boyfriend knows im bisexual too but says hes happy so long as it doesn't affect our relationship in anyway. Well it has. I have fancied this girl at work for about a year. She is a lesbian and we get on really well. We are good friends. We always speak to each other at work and we go to the same university. We speak online and we text each other but we haven't really been properly out together apart from a random night out to a gay bar with one of my other gay mates and herself. The girl i fancy has split up with her gf who she was with for about a year and a half but they both haven't gotten over each other. They aren't going out but they still see each other regularly and they are still sleeping together. I don't think i stand a chance because the girl i fancy doesn't seem to be able to get over her ex. I think she knows that i like her because she always flirts with me and she always moves the relationship on top the next step. Like she asked for my email address then after a while for my phone number and then she suggested we go out. But i am now completely messed up. I have such a good relationship with her and she is constantly on my mind. I think i am falling for her because everytime i am around her my stomach goes all floaty and i feel a burst of excitement. But shes still into her ex. What can i do. I am just so confused and upset.
