Dont go down that bulmic road it is hard to recover from. I personaliy was never bulmic but I am a bit on the skinny side for me(but my mind has been caught wth my profession) To shed some extra pounds I have a few thing eat smaller meals, excersice!, and healthy food. these can help if you dont seem to have a fast metabolism you just have to work a bit harder to keep the weight off and get it off. There are many places around the world to help people loose weight whether 5 pounds to 25 pounds they want off they are willing to help.

Bulmic is probbaly one of the worse form and common form of why people become anerexic once they start they cant stop. They get into their brain that skinny is the only way, which it isnt. Purging deprives you of nutrients needed for your body, his is why many grow a "fuzz" on their arms from not enough fat protection to keep them warm in the winter. Why many are so pale and usually weak to do certain things. Also purging overall destroys your esophagus(where food goes down). It gets destryoed because stomach acids come up too burning your throat and destorying it your stomache handles it from stuff it makes but other organs are not insulated properly to hold it off.

If you want to talk to me more about how to shed some pounds or just talk to me I am more then welcome just email please at [email address blocked].

I wish you luck and find the altertantive way to go that is healthier and more stable.

Good Luck

By the way, if you do what I have just said people will say things like, "How come you are so slim, all you ever do it eat!?". I quite like that, it makes them mad.

You don't need bulimia, it will cause you to be ill. It robs your body of vital nutrients, which will cause you to be spotty, lose the shine on your hair and it will affect your periods.A friend of mine has bulimia and all the enamel from her teeth has been burned off because of the acid in her vomit. She has osteoporosis (thinning of the bones)to the extent that she could fracture her hips at any time.

I will tell you my tricks for losing weight. East a huge breakfast, bacon or ham (grilled or boiled), eggs (poached or scrambled), fruits, cereal, yogurt - anything you want. Lots of people miss breakfast and it makes their digestion sluggish for the rest of the day. It causes them to be hungry towards the end of the day instead, when they will eat a large meal - and the fat is not burned off but lays itself down on their body over night.

Lots of people say they are not breakfast people but they are doing themselves a dis-service. It is easy to train into it. If you really can't face it make a breakfast sandwich with ham/bacon and egg and eat it at around 10am. Have a yogurt too. You will find that you are not hungry until about 4 or 5pm because the breakfast lasts that long.

I keep all sorts of sliced meats in the fridge, chillies, pickles, tomatoes, salad. I have it out in bowls on the side and make parcels of food in lettuce leaves using all those things. The chillis really help my stomach feel satisfied and they are a great mood booster. I often eat a whole jar! They also help keep the digestion moving. You could have a meal of chicken, fish, any lean meat, a little rice and vegetables.

Give up junk food because it is too high salt, fat and sugar - it is addictive and will make you crave more. Eat lentils, pulses and brown bread, try roasting peppers and other veg in the oven with a little olive oil. You can keep them in the fridge and just take them out when you are hungry for your early evening meal.

This way you will only need two meals per day. Make sure you have milk or calcium (cottage cheese is great with sliced meat and pickles on crackers) in your diet and fruit.

If you want to lose weight and feel really well, you will need to eat healthily. Bulimia is not the answer, put quality into your body and you will get quality from it.

While doing this, walk a little more. If you up your metabolism even a little, you will reap even more benefit.
